Tank Top Re-Make

I started with a $2 tank top on clearance from Old Navy and then used 1/4 yard of floral fabric to add a bottom ruffle and some fun fabric flowers. I have been looking at all the fun up-cycle clothing ideas on pinterest. So much to try! #travelingcrafter
