Another great Halloween layout by Deb Pothier. One basic strip of patterned paper makes this simple to re-create but the embellishing really makes this layout. The letters and spider web were cut out using quickutz. Adding a little leftover patterned paper to the tag really makes it pop and using the same color for journaling under part of the title really brings it all together.
