I have spent years making CD backups of my photos. 2 Sets in fact, one I store and the other I put in my albums from that year. This year I made a switch. Zip drives now are bigger in capacity and very inexpensive. I got an entire year of photos on one! Easier to store – less chance of damage too. I got a small one with a clip I can secure to ribbon in one of my albums and store my regular back-up version. Both 8GB zip drives cost me under $15 on sale in total. If you use CD’s now maybe it is time for you to make the switch.
