M – Manipulate It
Try this fun challenge – make five copies of the same picture, illustration or pattern on your computer. Keep one image the same and alter the remaining four in different ways. Stretch it, repeat it, cut it, rearrange it, change its color. Keep in mind that the alterations shouldn’t completely destroy what is shown you should still be able to recognize it.
You could modify colors based on favorite colors. You could use the standard color photo of one shot along with a black and white versions of similar shots.
Take one photo and crop it multiple ways and use them on a layout.
Remove the background and create a new photo.
