It is always good to get the best value when you scrapbook.
Are you comparing prices from store to store? Look at those shipping charges too if you are shopping on-line.
Make use of those coupons. Most of the big chains will take each others. Also you can call them up on your smart phone – no need to even print.
Use your scraps – share supplies with friends. No one wants to use the same stuff over and over but by sharing you all get some of a lot of things.
Big ticket purchases – share if you can. My friend Cathy and I have no duplicate cricut cartridges. We share. (although we each have a machine) I still have the old version but until it dies I am keeping it. 🙂
