On this layout layout I gave my daughter a piece of 12×12 white cardstock and asked her to make a border around the outer edge. She made this cute design with hearts and peace signs.
I wanted a whimsical layout so I cut out hearts from some textured patterned paper I had left over and I painted the swirly arrow. I paired that with a few pieces of leftover paper and created a very inexpensive layout.
