Cathy and I made up a fun bucket list of local items we always said “next year” to.  So now we are doing some of these fun events which then of course leads into putting them into our bucket list travelers notebooks! Now that I work from home I use the time I would have commuted to work to walk on a local trail.  Sometimes I see some pretty interesting things – turtles, skunks, birds, snakes, butterflies, flowers and once a mama bear and 2 cubs.  (ok that was a little scary) I listen to audio books and enjoy my time to just relax.   #lovemyscrapbookingideas #cocodaisy #travelingcrafter

We did some fun activities this summer.  I really enjoy doing my travelers notebook as a journal of our life. Laika loves her Starbucks pup cups! She is not a fan of ice cream lol In the spring time I walk on specific trails looking for the elusive lady slippers.  They are only out a few weeks a year and they are one of my favorite flowers.  #lovemyscrapbookingideas #cocodaisy #travelingcrafter

For us on the east coast seeing the pacific ocean was a novelty.  We had some great views from the cruise ship, from the ports and of course from the whale watches.  One of our photo safari list items was cool cloud so we have a lot of ocean/cloud photos.  #lovemyscrapbookingideas #cocodaisy #travelingcrafter

We had a young owl come and visit on our fence.  He was there and in a nearby tree most of the day.  I love owls and it isnt often you get an upclose and personal view of them in the wild.    #lovemyscrapbookingideas #cocodaisy #travelingcrafter
