This layout by Cathy Palmer showcases some annual scouting activity she did with her son. The red and black colors are great for boy pages. Nice and bold. I love how she colored the title Gold Rush in the color gold.
Lots of handwritten journaling set off the photos and describe the event for future readers.
Using the quickutz embellishment in black as a border on each side helps to make those photos really pop.
