I have been on this blank space kick. Not so much completely empty but grouping the elements into one area. In this case, mostly in a line through the center of the double page layout. It is hard to tell from the photo but the flower under turtle farm inside the bling circle is actually raised and satiny.
I hung a small turtle charm on the left said hanging from a ribbon tied to a heavier ribbon which I glued down with heavier glue dots for strength.
