My daughter and her BFF Katie had a joint party this past year – they turn 10 within a few months of each other and have lots of the same friends. They had a sleepover in the mat room and then in the morning All the Hoopla came and let them choose a hoop, decorate it and taught them how to use it. The colors in the paper represent many of the bold color choices the girls used in tape to decorate their hoops. You also have to love the tye dye birthday cake made by Katie’s mom, Kim. #lovemyscrapbookingideas
