With a torn tendon and 5 months on crutches we were at witts end. Found a doctor at Uconn who had Kyla drawn on her knee in sharpie the most painful spots and used an ultrasound machine to guide the cortisone needle in. (ouch) and yes I did take a pic of the ultrasound screen with the needle in her knee…. it was a difficult process but she was up and walking with some support within 24 hours. #lovemyscrapbookingideas #scrapbookinglayouts
